• Follower of Jesus

• Mom of four (three boys and one girl) and Grandma to the sweetest little boy.

• 28 years and counting in education. (Elementary School Teacher 19 years / Elementary Media Specialist 9 years)

• I love reading, learning, and long walks or hikes.

Life Changing Events Led Me Toward Coaching

1999-2001 - My second son Jonathan died at 23 months old after a year long hospital stay.

2016-2022:

• Both of my parents passed away.

• My daughter was diagnosed with Type I diabetes.

• My 30 year marriage ended.

• Perimenopause hit with a vengeance

My health and wellness went into a downward spiral with each of these events. My own journey gave me the desire to help other women find hope and healing.
